Legal agreement governing your use of nina4d services — please read carefully before registering
By creating an account on nina4d, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nina4d.

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
nina4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a clear, legible photo of your Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, plus proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify nina4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. nina4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain adequate security.
nina4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours.
You must ensure that deposits are made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. nina4d reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership before crediting funds to your account.
Withdrawals may be requested to bank accounts or e-wallets verified under your legal name. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Standard processing time is within 24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing. nina4d reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if KYC verification is incomplete, if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, or if your account activity violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
nina4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for all third-party fees. Daily withdrawal limit is Rp 500,000,000. Monthly withdrawal limit is Rp 2,000,000,000. VIP members may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
nina4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. If you deposit funds and attempt to withdraw without placing any bets, your withdrawal will be declined. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or freeze accounts suspected of money laundering activity.
All bonuses offered by nina4d are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. You must read and accept the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting contributions vary by odds (bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward wagering). You must complete wagering requirements before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn.
nina4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, placing offsetting bets (betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit), colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or using automated betting systems. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be refunded minus any fraudulent gains.
nina4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will be posted on the website and will apply to all new bonus claims after the change date. Existing bonuses claimed before the change will remain subject to the original terms.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying bet details (selection, stake, odds) before confirming. nina4d is not liable for errors made by you when placing bets. Bets placed on events that are postponed will remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours. If the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
Sports betting odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets from any user at any time, particularly for large stakes or unusual betting patterns. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If results are later amended (e.g., due to disqualification), nina4d will settle bets based on the revised official result.
Live casino games are subject to disconnection during play due to technical issues. If disconnection occurs during a game round, the round will be completed by the dealer according to standard game rules, and the result will be applied to your account. You can view disconnected game results in your account history. nina4d is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections beyond our control.
Togel (lottery) results are determined by official third-party draw results from Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau lottery operators. Draw times are posted on the nina4d website. Bets must be placed before the published cut-off time for each draw. Late bets will be applied to the next available draw. nina4d is not liable for delays in result publication by third-party operators.
In the event of software errors, display malfunctions, incorrect odds, or technical glitches, nina4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a game malfunction causes incorrect payouts, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust account balances retroactively. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nina4d's maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
nina4d is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of third-party services including payment processors, game providers, or internet service providers. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly with those parties.
All content on the nina4d website, including logos, graphics, text, software, and game content, is owned by nina4d or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our services and may request account closure.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may be subject to forfeiture of bonus funds upon closure.
nina4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine that your continued use of our services poses a risk to nina4d, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, all bonuses and pending bets will be voided. Remaining deposited funds (excluding fraudulent gains) will be refunded to your verified bank account.
